  • Any product you return must be in the undamaged condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt/proof of purchase. 


  • Please be considerate when placing your order to choose the correct size, colour, or option, of your product to avoid any returns for exchanges. 

  • Due to the custom made nature of some of our handmade products we can not accept returns/exchanges or offer refunds for any handmade item. 

    • We do not accept rejected or refused packages, abandoned packages, and packages returned outside of the designated return process.


    • We ONLY cover the return postage fee IF the item is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way.
    • We do NOT cover the return postage fee if the customer purchased the wrong product, it doesn't fit, or they no longer want the item.
